5K. Every Day. For A Full Year.

“You’re going to die if you don’t change your habits.” It was a grim warning from his doctor, but a necessary wake-up call for Bob Page. Bob began walking a mile every day, along with improving his diet. But it wasn’t working fast enough. That’s when he settled on a crazy idea: “What if I ran at least 3.1 miles (5K) every day for a full year.” What happened next surprised even him.
