We’re excited to share an important update to our class schedule and announce that applications are now open for Class 60 of our free, 16-week Culinary Training Program, now running from September 15,2025 to January 2, 2025.
If you know someone in your community who is ready to take the next step in their culinary journey, we’d love for you to send them our way! We are especially committed to supporting adults who have faced barriers to employment and are seeking a fresh start with meaningful, long-term work.

What we offer:
Our program is more than just cooking—it’s about building a future. Participants will receive:
Hands-on culinary instruction and certifications, including SafeStaff
- Financial literacy and job-readiness training
- Resume writing support and guided job search
- Case management and post-graduation support
- Help with job placement (full-time employment is a graduation requirement)
🗓️ Important Deadline:
The deadline to apply for Class 60 is September 8 , 2025. Applications received after this date will be considered for Class 61, beginning in January 2025.
