What is wellbeing?
Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy. We like to think of it as everything beyond physical fitness and nutrition that contributes to your health and happiness.
What influences wellbeing?
Just about every aspect of your life affects your wellbeing, and most of the factors influencing your wellbeing are interrelated. Common factors include: sleep quality, stress levels, intimacy and social connectivity, mental health, a sense of purpose, and acceptance/self-worth.
