What does it mean to be physically fit?
Physical fitness is defined as the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist disease, and to react to emergency situations. Physical activity is just one aspect of fitness and it is just as important to your health as what you eat, but you don’t have to hit the gym or lift weights to be fit.
