Our next Community Connections class will be Family Yoga with Love & Light Kids Yoga at our building in Winter Garden! On Wednesday, July 17 from 10 to 11 a.m., parents and caregivers with young children ages 3-7 can enjoy a relaxing summer activity together! Your family will learn simple, mindful breathing, with yoga poses put to song.
*Parents/caregivers are required to attend with their child. One ticket covers one parent and one child.
