City of Winter Garden Program Provides up to 90% Savings on Utility Bills for Qualifying Residents
APPLICATION PROCESS
To enroll in the program, residents must complete an application and provide required documentation anytime from January 2 – May 1 each year, as well as meet eligibility requirements. Qualified residents will receive the cost savings for a continuous 12 months, starting in May and ending the following April.
Please submit application and required documents to the Winter Garden City Hall Reception Desk, 300 W. Plant Street, during regular operating hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm), or by contacting Utility Billing Customer Service, 407.656.4100. Following application submittal, only applicants that do NOT qualify will be notified.
