Children aged 18 and under can receive free breakfast, lunch, and snacks at no cost this summer through the Summer BreakSpot program. No application is required to participate, but children must be present to receive meals.

Summer BreakSpot operates more than 3,000 locations across Florida, including schools in West Orange County.  All dates and times are on the website at SummerBreakSpot.org

Most schools serve breakfast between 8am-9am and lunch between 11am-12:30pm.  Some schools in West Orange County that serve as distribution sites include:

• Windermere High School, 5523 Winter Garden Vineland Road, Windermere
• Sunset Park Elementary School, 12050 Overstreet Road, Windermere
• West Orange High School, 1625 Beulah Rd, Winter Garden
• Ocoee Middle School, 300 S. Bluford Ave., Ocoee

The program aims to provide consistent access to nutritious meals, especially during summer break.
