Get active in a welcoming, encouraging environment! Healthy West Orange, Orlando Health, and the YMCA of Central Florida have come together to offer monthly meetups, 5ks, and breakfasts, all across West Orange, and all year long! All ages and abilities are welcome

In April, the West Orange Walkers will meet to walk inside at the Roper YMCA! We’ll be making laps around the gym, and folks are also welcome to use their treadmills. This is one of the awesome benefits of this program! The West Orange Walkers not only connects you with wonderful places to walk around the community, but also provides access to climate-controlled environments for you to enjoy. The Roper YMCA, and the West Oaks Mall offer options (see below for available dates and times by location) for you to walk inside, without worrying about the weather.
