The Winter Garden Police Department will host a free basic women’s self-defense class from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. Monday, February 2, 2026. The class is instructed by a police officer certified using S.A.F.E. self-defense techniques.

Women ages 13 and older are invited to participate. The class takes place in the WGPD training room, 251 W. Plant St., Winter Garden.

Registration opens December 29, 2025.
