Indoor 5K walk happening on Saturday, July 111 at 9AM at the West Oaks Mall in Ocoee! 👟 Get your steps in without having to worry about the heat or rain! It's totally free, open to all ages and mobility levels, and everyone gets a medal as they cross the finish line! More details coming soon.

Then we have the program for you: West Orange Walkers! Healthy West Orange, Orlando Health, and the YMCA of Central Florida have come together to offer monthly meetups, 5Ks, and breakfasts…all year long! Joining the West Orange Walkers not only gives you a chance to meet others and make friends, but share your health journey, and celebrate your successes! We will meet at the Food Court for warm-ups and walking! See you there rain or shine!
