Mommy-To-Be Yoga Series

Pregnancy is a beautiful, transformative time, but let’s be real – it’s not always easy. Between the physical discomfort, emotional rollercoasters, and several unknowns, it can feel overwhelming at times. That’s why we’re inviting you to join us for the Mommy-To-Be Yoga Series, a four-week yoga class that will give you space to take a breath, release some of that tension, and find community with other expectant mothers who get it. 🤰🏾
Led by local yoga instructor and registered nurse Lesline Smith, you’ll be guided through gentle yoga practices designed to help you navigate pregnancy discomforts, help you stay active and foster your mental well-being.
In addition to some relaxing “me time,” you’ll have an opportunity to get answers to your questions about pregnancy and postpartum. Each class will offer tips and help you find tools to:

This series is presented by the Foundation for a Healthier West Orange. Through its Strong Beautiful Future initiative, the foundation seeks to empower Black expectant mothers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to improve their health and support healthy pregnancies.
