Westly’s Splash Challenge is a FREE virtual event hosted by Healthy West Orange. What is a virtual event? A virtual event is a fitness challenge that you tackle on your own time, in your own way!

Simply add 30-minutes of water activity to your daily life from June 20 – July 6. Any water activity counts! Jump in the pool, run through the sprinkler, water your garden, or even wash your car! The possibilities are endless. Feel free to get creative – we just want you moving in the water and having a blast!

Step 1:

Step 2:

Pick up your free Splash Challenge Fun Packet on June 19, 4pm-7pm at the Healthy West Orange Building: 1200 E Plant St, Winter Garden.

Step 3:
While you’re having fun with H2O from June 20 – July 6, make a recording (video preferred, but photo is just fine!) and either send it to us directly at Westly@HealthyWestOrange.org or share on social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) with #WestlysSplashChallenge and @healthywestorange.

Friday, June 20, 9:30-10:30am at 100 Windermere Rd, Winter Garden

Kick off Westly’s Splash Challenge with an Aqua Fitness Class for the fam at Roper YMCA, followed by 2 HOURS of open swim time!
