  • National Dance Week is this April and we’re celebrating with a dance challenge to get you moving to the music all month long!

  • Get ready to Groove & Flow with our Community Connections dance class series! With 3 dates and 3 different dance styles, there is something for everyone!

  • Join us for the Mommy-To-Be Yoga Series, a four-week yoga class that will give you space to take a breath, release some of that tension, and find community with other expectant mothers who get it.

  • Everyone should learn basic CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) techniques or become CPR certified. CPR saves lives!

  • Did you know dancing can increase energy and mood, and decrease stress, anxiety, and depression?
