National Dance Week is this April and we’re celebrating with a dance challenge to get you moving to the music all month long!
Get ready to Groove & Flow with our Community Connections dance class series! With 3 dates and 3 different dance styles, there is something for everyone!
Join us for the Mommy-To-Be Yoga Series, a four-week yoga class that will give you space to take a breath, release some of that tension, and find community with other expectant mothers who get it.
Everyone should learn basic CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) techniques or become CPR certified. CPR saves lives!
Did you know dancing can increase energy and mood, and decrease stress, anxiety, and depression?

We’re proud to partner with local businesses through our Carrot Champion program, bring a community wide walking club together monthly with the West Orange Walkers, and you’ll even see Healthy West Orange at several health and wellness locations around town.
