CrossFit is an exciting and energetic way to combine functional movements into a program that utilizes them for fitness. Workouts are varied every day and done at high intensity. Free trial options run Monday-Friday 6:30, 7:30, 8:30or 9:30AM.  If afternoons better suit your needs, we offer class times of 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 or 7:00PM!
