Westly’s Dance Challenge 2026
Ready. Set. Dance!
Add some groove to your workout with Westly’s Dance Challenge! It’s a free, virtual fitness challenge for all ages that you complete on your own time, however you like. Simply add 30-minutes of dance to your everyday life, and each participant gets the chance to WIN a $200 gift card to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts to see shows like the Orlando Ballet, Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, Hamilton, and more!
Any Dance Counts – Jam in your PJs, bust a move while doing the dishes, take a dance class, shake your tail-feather with friends – we just want you moving to the music and having a great time.
And guess what?! To help you get in the groove, you’ll get a FREE Dance Packet full of goodies to help you jam out!
Step 1:
Register online, and each participant is entered to WIN a $200 gift card to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts!
Step 2:
Pick up your free Dance Packet on the pickup date below:
Wednesday, April 15th, 4:00-7:00pm, 1200 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden (aka Healthy West Orange Headquarters). Quantities are limited, so don’t miss out!
Step 3:
Complete your dance challenge by April 26, and share a video or photo of your dance moves with us directly at Westly@HealthyWestOrange.org or share on social (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) with #WestlysDanceChallenge and @HealthyWestOrange.
Step 4:
Jump (or leap) in and learn the official dance of Westly’s Dance Challenge 2026, choreographed by our friends at Studio K! Post your video on social media using #WestlysDanceChallenge and @healthywestorange or email us at Westly@HealthyWestOrange.org, we’d love to cheer you on!
FREE Dance Class! To help us celebrate Westly’s Dance Challenge, Studio K is offering one free dance class for participants between April 17 – 26! Simply show your Dance Challenge confirmation email at Studio K when arriving for a class.
