  • Florida heat can be a serious challenge. But fear not, we’ve got some rules of the road to help you create an exercise routine that will keep you safe, motivated, and cool as a cucumber, no matter what temperature it is outside.

  • Please keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times… NOT! Sitting in a chair doesn’t mean you can’t keep moving. Whether you’re sitting all day at the office, seated in a waiting room, or commuting long distances in a plane, train, or car; you can stay active and stretch your body!

  • We want to share some benefits and encourage the community to give biking a try.

  • Is it ballroom, tap, or ballet? Or something more modern like hip-hop? No matter what you thought of, there’s one thing for certain; dance is always changing.

  • Have you had a love-hate relationship with exercise? Not a fan of going to the gym to get your workout in? Well, here’s an idea: mix it up, have some fun, and DANCE!

  • One of the best things about the holidays is the delicious and plentiful food. It’s also important to stay active to combat the holiday bulge.

  • Our desk jobs, commuting, watching TV, and playing video games all conspire to keep us sedentary which takes a toll on our health.
